Several States With High Unemployment Are Outsourcing Food Stamp Services to India

States with over 10% unemployment that are routing their food stamp calls to India while Americans are out of work include: Florida, West Virginia, Tennessee, Rhode Island, and of course Michigan among others. Who is behind this stupidity? Why it is JP Morgan of course. You know, one of those “too big to fail” banks that the US taxpayers bailed out.
